
At Ann Taylor Beth’s career began as General Manager of the New York Flagship Store, and then moved into the corporate office; holding several operational rolls including DVP of Operations and Expansion for Stores. During this time she built the Store Operations Team, redefined the stores operational processes and developed the New Store Development Team and process that launched the expansion of the Ann Taylor Stores in the early 1990s which added over 1,400,000 sq. ft. of retail.
