At Ann Taylor Beth’s career began as General Manager of the New York Flagship Store, and then moved into the corporate office; holding several operational rolls including DVP of Operations and Expansion for Stores. During this time she built the Store Operations Team, redefined the stores operational processes and developed the New Store Development Team and process that launched the expansion of the Ann Taylor Stores in the early 1990s which added over 1,400,000 sq. ft. of retail.

Representative Selection of Projects:

•  Creation and implementation of store expansion 
processes, systems   and tools resulting in successful and profitable store expansion
  program
•  Establishment of analytical tools, design guidelines and
•  matrices for real estate retail expansion, to maximize functionality,
  and customer satisfaction for all
store expansion to insure a
  productive footprints
•  Coordination of all details with Construction Division to arrange all
  operational details

•  Supervision of New Store Team
•  Planning and communication of operational details and
supervision of   on site physical set up of new stores
•  Coordination with Store Planning, Construction and
Facilities division,   Regional VPs, District Mgrs. and home office department heads on
  repairs, store improvements,
and trouble shooting of issues in stores
•  Development of guidelines for Merchandise Planning and Allocation
  Division with
guidelines for each new location to best fit uniqueness   of location and support customer demographics 
•  As General Manager of NYC Flagship store with staff of 80+
  associates,
in 14,000 square foot, four level store generated sales
  volume of over $17 million
