Her career at Ann Taylor, began as General Manager of the New York Flagship Store, she then moved into the corporate office; holding several operational rolls including DVP of Operations and Expansion for Stores.
During this time she built the Store Operations Team, redefined operational processes, developed the New Store Implementation Team and process that launched the expansion of the Ann Taylor Stores which added over 1,400,000 sq. ft. of retail.
During her time at United Retail, Inc. she greatly expanded her experience. She played a key role in completing the vertical integration of the Avenue brand by branding the diverse store fleet and managing store real estate expansion through the successful opening, relocation, and renovation of over 300 store locations, representing over 1,500,000 sq.ft.
She also provided operational leadership for managing the store operations of the 500 plus store chain while developing the operational and business growth initiatives to drive store sales, increase efficiency, improve quality controls, reduce expenses, improve the customer experience and increase KPI results and profit.
In 2009, Beth decided to draw upon her past experience and began to consult for other companies in the industry.
