of the Avenue brand by branding the diverse store fleet and managing
store real estate expansion through the successful opening, relocation,
and renovation of over 300 store locations, representing over 1,500,000
sq.ft.
She also provided operational leadership for managing the store
operations of the 500 plus store chain while developing the operational
and business growth initiatives to drive store sales, increase
efficiency, improve quality controls, reduce expenses, improve the
customer experience and increase KPI results and profit.
