Director Of Office Services and Facilities

Responsible for office services and facilities management of NYC corporate offices

Workplace management of 9 floors, in 3 office buildings in downtown and midtown in excess of 500k sq.ft. with over 2000 associates 
Supervised office services and mail/print services team of 16 to provide a superior office work environment
Orchestrated major office moves and (re-stacking) of over 1500 associates to enable subletting of 50,000 sq. ft. to generate rental revenue and space planning for moves, adds, and vacates
Sourced new vendors, negotiated contracts, and managed relationships with service vendors and contractors resulting in over $100,000 in savings
Initiated new processes and tracking tools to improve service and efficiency 
Improved company relationships with landlords, management teams and engineering staff resulting in better service
Implemented changes to BMS to provide more effectively controlled office environment and consistent temperatures
Partnered with other shared services teams to support “best in service” objective
Used space management software “WISP” to strategize and track division logistics, workplace capacity & headcount

Project Management of Store Development Projects; successfully delivering on time over 60 Saks Fifth Avenue, Saks Off Fifth, Hudson Bay and Lord & Taylor projects 
Negotiated Landlord Work Letters to insure maximum financial benefit to HBC and deliver projects on budget
Insured advantageous retail operations perspective on store leases with legal department and landlords
Partnered with store planning team to provide optimally functional store design and brand message
Negotiated and managed store signage program with procurement and sign vendors to deliver on time and under budget
Raised the bar of execution of store development projects by implementing improved process and project management tools
